In a small skillet, drizzle some Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). Saute
Mushrooms of your choice
Chopped spinach or kale
Salt, pepper + seasonings of choice
Saute until all is wilted and cooked. Set aside.
In a pot, cook oats to desired texture. (Follow directions on box)
Put cooked oats into a bowl and add sauteed veggies. Add another drizzle of EVOO and sriracha for taste!
